The founders &
leadership team
ONMOTIO was founded in 2017 by engineers and designers with backgrounds in aviation, automotive, and industrial product development. Our leadership team, Izek Therrien, Clement Simon, and Eduardo Leardini, brings deep technical expertise combined with real-world industrial experience.
Today, we are a multidisciplinary team of nine designers, mechanical engineers, electronics specialists, and branding experts. We operate internationally and support clients across consumer products, transportation, mobility, and advanced hardware industries.
Having worked hands-on with manufacturers, suppliers, and global markets, we understand what it truly takes to bring a product from concept to production and into the hands of users.
